Biography

Gareth was called to the Bar in 2014 and now practises as a specialist in commercial and civil law, with particular expertise in shareholder disputes. Unlike most barristers, Gareth spends most of his time out of court and instead engages in long-term strategic thinking on behalf of clients who find themselves in a variety of commercial disputes. Clients really appreciate his courtroom knowledge because it gives an extra dimension to the advice he gives. Gareth prides himself in navigating complex problems and communicating in plain English.
